Заключение, принимаемое Экспертным советом медицинского учреждения или Этическим комитетом, подтверждающее факт экспертизы материалов клинического испытания и являющееся разрешением на его проведение в данном медицинском учреждении в соответствии с инструкциями Экспертного совета, самого медицинского учреждения, а также с требованиями GCP и регуляторных органов.
